If there are any problems with your case, we offer a No-Hassle remake policy. All dental appliances are custom made and unfortunately cannot be refunded.

So you have two choices:

1. Within 30 days, a credit will be issued and applied to your account for any cases with problems pertaining to our laboratory work.
2. Anytime, we will remake or repair the case. (If you change materials, the original costs will be credited and the new costs will be invoiced)

1. The original dental restoration must be returned
   • This is to maintain our ISO 9001:2008 / 13485:2003 quality certification.
   • If the product is damaged, send as much as possible.

2. If we asked for a new impression, but followed the Doctor’s instruction to proceed without the new impression, the remake policy is null and void. Any further remake will be completed at full cost.
